Romantische Ecken an niederl. Atlantikküste?!

Hallo,
ich möchte gern im Sommer ein verlängertes Wochenende an der niederländischen Atlantikküste verbringen. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob ich lieber auf Texel oder dem Festland nach einer kleinen romantischen Ferienwohnung suchen soll. Haben Sie ein paar Tipps, welche Orte an der Küste in Holland besonders schön und romantisch sind?! Vielleicht fällt Ihnen ja auch gleich eine tolle Ferienwohnung ein ;-) Vielen lieben Dank für eine kurze Info, Sila

Hallo Sila,

eine Insel waere glaub ich romantischer. Einfacher waere provinz Nordholland/kueste.

Hallo Sila,
die für uns schönste Stadt ist Egmond aan Zee. Wir waren schon sehr oft da. Gleich neben dran liegt Bergen,auch hier ist es wunderschön.ich würde einfach mal noch Herrn Google fragen....

There is very little romance on the Dutch coast. The weather is the same as in the North of Germany. This means mostly not so hot.:-)
Espescially when you want to spend just a few days in Holland, I would not recommend one of the Wadden-islands. Very windy and slightly boring ... and lots of water.
The province of Zeeland would be better I think. There is more to see then water and sand. Some parts or villages are the hell on earth during the holidays, with drunken teenagers everywhere, beware of them. If you go to the most South-western part of the Netherlands (Cadzand,Zeeuwsch-Vlaanderen) you can very easily go (on bicycle!) to Belgium. Knokke and Brugge are rather nice. You might even take the tramway (De Lijn) all the way to Northen France.
Or go to Scheveningen /The Hague : the cities of The Hague, Haarlem, Delft are rather easy to get to. The Hague has several beaches. On the whole they are rather familyfriendly. And if the weather is not so good, there are plenty of things to do in the city.
Remember the distances in Holland are small. It takes me more than an hour to get by public transport to get from Hamburg-Rahlsted to Hamburg-Center; public transport from Scheveningen to Amsterdam-Center takes also 1 hour, to Delft three quarters of an hour. The train is realatively cheap for the elderly and often free for students (don't know if a German student gets the low prices, though)
Anyhow, romantic is a unclear word : do you want to enjoy the wide and queit beaches or the cosy dunes were you may sit and enjoy plants and animals, or maybe old buildings and drinking coffee on a terrace in a nice restaurant?

Hallo,

Wirklich schön ist die Küste meines Erachtens in den Niederlanden entweder auf den Waddeninseln oder in Zeeland.
Terschelling ist von Haarlingen mit der Fähre erreichbar und sehr lohnenswert. Leider ist die Anfahrt von Deutschland schon etwas länger, da braucht man schon mindestens vier Tage.
In der Provinz Zeeland gibt es auch schöne Orte, aber die Küste ist eher touristisch als romantisch. Schön ist beispielsweise Middelburg, von da aus kann man mit gemieteten Rädern schöne Touren zum Meer machen.

Hallo!
Ich bin leider mehr Experte für die Norseeküste.
Ich glaube aber die Inseln sind generell netter, wenn man zu zweit sein will und seine Ruhe haben.
Die Strände sind auf jeden fall ein Traum !
